Do you know those shiny golden plastic pirate coins you had as a child? Yes. They are the "gold accents" on this table. The small "golden" emblem in front of the crescent is screwed crooked. Another problem is that since each leg is made of two long bars that are screwed together, and because they are made of chipboard and the screws aren't that straight, the legs look bent in the middle no matter how tight you screw them in. I should have known better and tried to cancel my order within 12 hours of placing it. Vain. I couldn't leave it at my entrance for what I bought it for. Since it's not worth shipping back, it's in the back room on the other side of the bed where it can hold some books and not be noticed. One word of advice, if you are unlucky enough to buy this table try to cancel when you realize your mistake and make sure it is shipped the same day you ordered it.
