Love using this to interact with my dog so we can keep in touch when we are apart. I also want to share my account so I can use it with my family at the same time. This allows all family members to stay connected. I like that it has high resolution and night vision. The night vision function can also be controlled in the settings to activate it (Auto/On/Off). If the internet speed is slow, you can lower the resolution to keep the video smooth. When I'm in the bedroom at night, I hear movement in the living room. I want to know what my dog is doing outside, but I'm too lazy to go outside. This Faroro product is helping me a lot right now! It is highly visible in low light, which is really great! This device is easy to use and absolutely comfortable to use. Plug in the power adapter, download the app and follow the instructions. The APP is easy to use and connect. Although there is a manual included in the box, the app is easy to navigate and you can become familiar with its features and functionality in just a few minutes. WiFi connectivity is generally good. Sometimes it turns itself off, currently I just use their regular dog food in the device. It's quite interesting to see my dog trying to grab the "snack". Because you can select and press it manually and also talk and listen through a simple application. This turns out to be one of my favorite items I've bought recently and also a very clever way to interact and check on my dog! I highly recommend it! What I have to say is that Faroro's customer service is very friendly. If I encounter a problem I will contact them using the contact information they left in the guide. They always reply me in a timely manner and are kind to solve my problems.
