Full Disclosure: I am a verified buyer and after registering the product for a 12 month warranty I was contacted by a seller who asked me to leave a review in exchange for a free product. However, they didn't ask for a 5 star rating, just the rating. Overall the set looks very solid although I've only been using them for a couple of weeks so I can't tell you how they're holding up over time. I use it with my PS4 via a USB hub plugged into one of the PS4's two USB ports. You don't have to connect them directly to the console. They work great with the aftermarket hub. Just make sure you adjust your audio settings accordingly. The cable is just over 7 feet long which is fine, but I wish it was a little longer as I'm gaming on a 55 inch TV and need some distance from the monitor. Luckily, adding a cable from the USB hub allows for greater distance. Maybe you could do without a USB extension cable if necessary. The cushions are soft, but the headset sits very firmly on me. However, I have a big head. Control is easy with a volume slider and a mic mute switch. I haven't played any online game with the microphone yet, so I can't comment on its quality and performance. The sound is great! Deep, rich base with decent mid and high frequencies. I mainly play racing games like Dirt Rally and Gran Turismo with a bit of Modern Warfare in between. These headphones sound great in each of these games. The noise canceling works surprisingly well considering the affordability of these headphones. Overall I would recommend this for the average gamer given the price, quality of materials and great sound. This is definitely a bargain not to be missed. I hope this helps you decide.
