Update: A couple weeks later and still no response from the seller. Very disappointed. Buy at you own risk.--------------I'm jealous of those who have boards that work great. Unfortunately, the one I got for my daughter's birthday has problems. The remote doesn't work, even after trying multiple sets of batteries. The screen has a lot of specks underneath the surface that can't be wiped clean. And a couple pens do not have release ink even after depressing the tip, and then pressing down against the glass for a couple minutes.Seems like a cool gift, but just didn't work for us. Guess I'll wait to see if Woodsam will contact me. Otherwise will try a different brand on Ebay.
