This software used by my current employer

Nothing. I don't like anything about this product. I'm not sure if this is a company that has the ability to improve, but they need to be careful here. Their sales people will try to sell you on every feature they can think of. Some of those features are great, but there are a lot of features that aren't as useful. They've been around a while and have a lot of customers.
I've never had any problems with this product. It's a very simple product. It solves a problem when it comes to incident reporting and tracking.

Pros

Simple interface
User friendly.
Easy for non technical staff in an organization too use without training
Reporting capabilities make troubleshooting incidents much easier than other tools we used before (ease at using)
Very quick response times from their support line; often fixed issues within minutes instead fo days or weeks!
