Packaged broken

Was broken in two places and bent when pulled out of the box. I can't believe they wrapped it up like this and sent it to me. It is not possible that this damage occurred during transport. I could have asked for a replacement, but it still hung deep. It seems to have some weight and otherwise could be fine to wear.
