Mostly a good deal
Kit contains 2 pumps. That's good because one of the pumps ended up being damaged and punctured the balloons. I tried blowing up a few before examining the pump and realizing what the problem was. The second pump works but is quite small so it takes a lot of pumping to inflate the balloons. At the same time, the undamaged pump coped with its task. Balloons are a bit flimsy, but as long as you don't inflate them, they're fine for most projects.
