Our Gosoit hydrogen water machine has stopped working. The red and green LEDs inside stopped working a few months ago but what is the difference, I still can't figure out what they do. We bought it in December and used it twice a day on average. It seemed to work, and now it's a piece of junk. I checked out their website and tried to contact them. 5 days and nothing. That's a bad sign. Reading their website, I found that they only have 30 guarantees. This indicates that the company has great confidence in their product. One year must be the minimum. I believe in hydrogen water. However, there are some companies that just want to scam you. Check the warranty on everything you buy. Unsurprisingly, Revain has closed the 30-day return window after purchase. mike
