It really made my hair very soft, it doesn't have a really lasting scent which I love in shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner just didn't give me the same quality as other conditioners I've used in terms of amount and I felt like I had to double or triple it at times. This shampoo is more expensive than what I normally use which would be like a pan teen I dip so I definitely expected more from this and was very disappointed. Anyway my hair grows pretty fast but it didn't speed it up nor was there any difference my hair grows normally compared to this one and it grows faster no. I would say false advertising
