Before I bought it, I was constantly hesitating between nailers and staplers. Price was the deciding factor for me - I just couldn't justify paying a few hundred dollars for a single use nailer. So I bought this. Rarely have I bought a tool that works exactly as I imagined, no defects, no glitches, no jamming, no problems. I just finished most of my roof and this thing worked perfectly. I like the light weight and it has the right edges so you can put it on the roof without fear of it slipping off. I'm keeping it for a long-term siding project - I'm very curious to see if it works as well on siding pads as it does on tar paper.
