Helps get rid of moisture and mold.

What I don't like about them is the way they are sold. A plastic cartridge remains after use, and the option to purchase a refill is suggested. And you can, but the refill packs cost more than the whole device. In the days when we are trying to reduce, improve and upgrade our carbon footprint, why are Arm and Hammer (a supposedly green company) ignoring the situation and not offering replacement cartridges at a reasonable price?

Pros

To use, simply remove the plastic cap, remove the foil cap and replace the cap. Once the moisture-wicking crystals are fully dissolved, drain and refill with the remaining water for long-lasting freshness.
