Works exactly as described and well made - hence four stars. However, I no longer use mine because it completely blocks the view of the radio and now I can't see the clock or any other information I need to see. I also can't access preset keys etc. It's not the phone holder's fault - just bad luck with my machine's design. So keep that in mind. This thing blocks your vision (of course) and your ability to reach anything beyond it. I keep it in the glove box and when I have a long journey ahead I take it out and use it occasionally. But eventually I'll replace it with something that attaches back to the dash.
