I had a slow drain sink that couldn't be emptied without submersion. I used some drain fluid which only made the problem worse so I tried this snail. I've seen a few videos from COBRA explaining how to insert and making sure the snake hits the right spots until I hit something. BINGO! The snail has caught the blockage! I got a little scared trying to get the drill out and it wouldn't move, so I twisted counterclockwise a few times and it worked: I pulled out a huge clump of hair along with another. Hm matter. Now the sink has started dripping. Another try, another piece of mud, and a third try to make sure the snake comes out clean. I have literally saved hundreds of dollars compared to having a plumber do the same job. Thank you COBRA!
