Great product and customer service!
I bought this curling iron as a Christmas present for my daughter as she loves to work with her hair. The curls were the perfect size and she has long hair that reaches her waist. Stops working after 40 uses. I emailed Sultra customer service and they sent me a replacement in less than a week! We are very happy with this product and the customer service has been excellent so we have responded and taken immediate action to resolve our issues. We will definitely buy this product again and recommend it to anyone looking to buy a curling iron/straightener.
