I've tried this on a few runs so far. When used with tights/leggings it stays in place but this type of clothing still hugs your body and nowadays tights/leggings often come with a hidden elastic band or side pocket. When used with regular loose fit running shorts, this cover will bounce slightly and pull the shorts down. Bottom line: if you're not wearing tights/leggings they absolutely REALLY spring and are uncomfortable to walk on. Other than that, it's a good quality product, but the whole point of the item as a "walking buddy" is that it stays in place without bouncing, and it definitely doesn't. I really wanted to like this bag but now I regret that I bought it.
