It came four days late, the keyboard doesn't work.

I love this style of keyboard and have been using it for six years. As mentioned in the title, this arrived three days late and only the mouse works. The spacebar also "pops" as if hitting the ground. I'm not sure if it's a bad spring arrangement or what, but it doesn't matter, the keyboard is useless. Very very disappointed as I have trusted Logitech for years and love the WAVE K350 form factor but this new one is rubbish.
