I had to trust the reviews I read. Although it's a very good tablet overall, none of the audio communication apps work properly. Facebook Messenger, Skype, Google Voice. All had the same problem, no incoming sound, either through the speakers, headset or bluetooth. The microphone works, people on the other end can hear me, but there is no sound on incoming calls. I've spent hours on the internet trying to change various settings but nothing has worked. And that's from someone with a master's degree in computer science and 40 years of computer experience. If I can't get it to work then it is fundamentally defective and I cannot recommend this tablet.
