acceptable compromise for price
This tie mfr. makes s great tie at a very good price and of nice materials, but they, like all Chinese bow tie makers, do not understand inches and neck sizing. I've had to undo the fixed end, shorten the it by at least 1.5" , then resew it to get the shortest setting down to 17".

- Very well made, but it’s a little difficult to understand how to get a right form to wear it.
