Poor Quality Control

For $50, I had a mug waiting for me in perfect condition. However, the one I received had a defect inside. One of the point stitches connecting the handle to the outside has torn through both layers, leaving a deep hole inside the mug. I return the cup. It would be impossible to wash off the hat figure and uncomfortable to see every time you drink.
