I use these to clip my work keys to my scrub pocket. I also have a little watch that is on its own retractable clip on my other pocket. The clock constantly falls off, in fact it fell off transferring a patient a couple days ago and I'm not sure I'll ever get it back. I swear I would just look at it funny and it would kamikaze dive for the floor. My keys in the other hands, I violently pull, shake, and jiggle those bad boys and they don't even come close to slipping off my scrubs, all because of these bad boys. The clip is pretty heavy duty, way more than I thought it would be. I gave away the other 2 and will probably buy another set. These are like the crem de la crem of retractable keychains, I mean, if you're into that sort of thing.
