Don't buy cheap the best in USB fans

Shortly after wearing it on walks a few times a week, one of the fan blades broke, which I removed with tweezers , and it worked again, but one of the levers came loose and when I tried to reinsert the wires to screw the lever in place, it broke in my hand.
