Review on 🔳 OXO Steel POP Container - Large Square - 4.0 Quart by Sarah Zepeda

I usually love all OXO brands. These containers are fine as long as they don't rupture. My first one arrived cracked, I immediately sent a new one back. The company quickly sent a replacement but after a few months they said they would charge for the replacement if I didn't return the damaged product. I immediately returned the damaged item and received a receipt to confirm. I had to call Revane to fix this issue. Revain was great and could see that I was returning a damaged product. I even got an email from the company saying they received my refund. The fact that I had to take the time to prove it didn't make me happy. Now the replacement is hacked. I just poured the flour into the container and it has been standing ever since. As if the ground would crack under the weight of the flour. It's not cheap so it's disappointing. I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle of another return or if I'll just cut my losses and move on. Don't let that put you off OXO Brands, they're usually my favorites.
