Review on Tnfeeon Aquarium Skimmer Transparent Efficient by Whitney Starvaggi

This is a decent looking skimmer/suction head and works as expected. I have a relatively shallow nano aquarium (about 8 inches tall) so finding a good looking skimmer is very difficult. I was looking for some glass skimmers for my lily pipe but they were all 11 inches or larger so I was very excited when I found this inexpensive Arquilic. Everything is from Arquil, which is beautiful. The form factor is a bit odd (you all know what it looks like) but the filter inlet sponge is a nice touch for shrimp keepers. I had two problems with her. I managed to solve one (Yay Arcylic + Heat) and another one is pretty minor so far. 1. My first problem was the skimmer tube was blocking the inlet tube because my aquarium is shallow. I was able to fix this by heating the knife and simply cutting off part of the skimmer tube to make it shorter. This is definitely not a problem for people with deeper aquariums.2. Another issue is that there is no locking mechanism for the filter hose so I can expect it to come loose in the future.
