Works well with my T46S phone. Please note that the package does NOT include screws, anchors or a hole template. Just a plastic tag. There are no instructions either, but it wasn't very difficult. Assuming you are using PoE: Find 4 screws with heads large enough to hang into the mounting slots. Create a template/punched card on a piece of paper, tape it to the wall and screw 4 screws into the wall. First attach the CAT6 cable to the wall, then attach the 4-screw bracket, making sure the CAT6 cable fits in the small hole provided. The bracket should now be flush with the wall and fairly secure. Finally connect the CAT6 end to the phone and slide the phone onto the mount.
