I used to think this was the company behind this product. Or maybe you just get a replacement. The replacement they supplied only lasted a few months. I wrote to them and never got a reply. For what they charge they seem to be able to afford to honor their guarantee. This is how their products fail, and often fail. Your guarantee isn't worth a penny. Stay away!
