Review on ICE ARMOR Layer Separates X Large by Dexter Pullen

First of all I have to say I really love this base layer but when I received the product there was a rip on the side. I will be returning this product for a refund as it really hurts me to do this, I really love this product. Good thing it's really soft and I have to say this is my favorite part about this product, the fabric is so comfortable. Love the pocket it has and the zipper that can be unzipped is a nice touch. Now for the bad - for $80 it should be way better and not tear. The fabric I would say should be thicker. The ends of the arms which are like gloves should be longer and lower, if you snag a little the fabric will catch on them and I can see them tearing apart. Now if it doesn't tear and I carry on I would give it a good 3 1/2 stars and that's mainly because I love how comfortable it is. I wish they had made a thicker fabric with this product and an outer layer of the same fabric as the bag on it. Since I have the bag on the outer layer and not the soft fabric, I have to say again that it is so beautifully soft. have a nice padded layer inside and pocket fabric like a jacket and keep the zip and remove the sleeves of the gloves. I have to say if it was $20-$30 I'd keep it and recommend a heartbeat and just patch and patch the gap as it looks and add waterproof fabric on the outside. But for $80, I don't have to fill a gap the first time.
