Be very careful when you buy Birkenstocks here, many sellers have fakes! I bought two identical pairs to try because I'm between a size 39 and 40 Habana Oiled Leather. The Bayou Birkenstock 39 was the quality I was hoping for, with soft, supple leather and a comfortable insole. They also came in an actual Birkenstocks shoe box. However, the Sole Provisions 40's came in a plastic bag made of thin, durable leather that looked and felt fake and even made a squeaky noise when walked on. Remember these should have been the exact same shoes! I have returned the 40s and will be buying direct from Birkenstock in the future. I recommend anyone buying from Revain do so through Prime so you have the option of returning a counterfeit pair.
