I've been using this belt for a few weeks now and am very happy with it. It relieved my sciatic pain as soon as I put it on. It also helps with my ligament pain while wearing it. I was very happy with the results and glad I didn't spend a lot of money on a more expensive belt as this belt solved all my problems. It feels very breathable and doesn't feel hot at all. Also, it's invisible under almost all of my clothes. The only complaint is that it's not very comfortable to sit on. However, it's small enough that I keep it rolled up in my purse and put it on whenever I find I need to stand or walk for a while. If you have round ligaments or sciatica pain I would definitely recommend trying this belt before buying something more expensive.
