I work out 6 days a week I started at almost 300 lbs and my knees were bad I used big bulky knee braces for the first year of my training. Now that I am over 100lbs down my knees still need some support but not the bulkiness of a brace. I was watching Cheer and saw them wearing these well theirs were Nike, but these are a fraction of the cost and have saved my knees. I get asked all the time what they are and where they can find some. They are a part of my everyday routine the stabilization and support that I get is bar none. Not to mention the comfort. If you are having knee issues, try these.
