I followed the instructions and connected to my computer, everything worked. I took it and put it away for the night and when I turned it on the next day, I clicked the downloaded program to make it work and plugged in the microscope. It tried to connect but said it couldn't connect to the IP camera. I looked for instructions but couldn't find them. I went online and tried to find instructions. Not only could I not find the manual. I couldn't even find a camera other than Revain. There is nothing on the packaging that tells me which company makes it. I've looked through the camera/microscope pages and couldn't find the ones I have. I even went to InSkam where I downloaded the program that the manual told me to download. The only microscope there was an endoscope. I have NEVER bought a product that didn't have a company name on the box. It had a model number I think so I even googled it. On/Off buttons NO! I searched every inch of it. Very disappointed. Only worked for about 30 minutes.
