Measure twice, cut once (or in this case drill once)

Works as expected. Very good quality product! Make sure you use an appropriately sized drill bit to pre-drill the hole. Use a small amount of liquid hand soap to help insert the screw. In retrospect, I should have bought a ratchet bit instead of pliers to screw in the screw. But I only had to install one anchor so it wasn't a big deal. I just tried to stay as far away from topics as possible.
