Review on Fotbor by Justin Ott

According to Fotbor's website, their crew is dedicated to going above and above for their customers, however my recent interactions with them paint a different picture. I placed an order for a pair of shoes on their website, and I was quite unhappy with the results. The shoes were not only a totally different color than what I had ordered, but also a significantly smaller size than what I had specified. I contacted their customer service department to try to resolve the issue, but they were useless and appeared unconcerned about my worries. Although I acknowledge that mistakes can occur, the lack of responsibility displayed by Fotbor's team worries me the most. When the going gets tough, they break their promises to deliver on their lofty claims of exceeding expectations. I am a social media influencer, however I am unable to suggest Fotbor to my audience. I advise looking elsewhere if you're looking for a reputable internet retailer with top-notch customer service. Although Fotbor makes lofty claims, they ultimately fall short.
