Fan is useless: my feedback

I don’t understand how people are rating this 5 stars. The fan is so weak? I was expecting it to actually be powerful because a rating said "the fan is a little noisy” - we debated if it was even on, that’s how weak the fan was. We went through the "settings” and that was the highest fan speed. Sending it back, wish it worked.

Cons

The stand design is not very ergonomic and can strain your neck
