Review on 🌟 Wright's Silver Polishing Cream: 3-in-1 All-Purpose Tarnish Remover, Cleaner, and Protector for Silver, Pewter, Stainless Steel, Porcelain, Auto Chrome - 8 Oz by Michelle King

I used it on an old "silver" toast rack (not sure if it's silver plate, silver or nickel/chrome etc). I tried the toothpaste as a last resort and that cleared it up a bit, but it quickly went back in color. This stuff did its job well; It is clean and shines like new with no sign of tarnishing after a few days in the air. I've also used it on blackened stainless steel cookware. It doesn't make it new - I don't think anything can do that with stainless steel - but it removes the discoloration and makes it look a little better. The sponge is useful or I just use my fingers, it doesn't irritate my skin.
