I've decided to use the time I've been in self-isolation due to the pandemic to learn new cooking methods and recipes. I was surprised to find that after over 30 years of owning my own kitchen, my cooking supplies were outdated. I needed a deep skillet with a grate. Other pans I've had have been good for cakes and the like, but I needed something that could handle temperatures of up to 400 degrees or more. For the same reason I needed a grill grate without rubber feet. I bought this set and it was worth every penny. The pan is heavier than I expected and very durable. It does not warp even at temperatures above 400. The grate is easy to clean, which is good because I discovered a roast chicken recipe in the oven that my family insists I make once a week. This pan is versatile! I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
