I've never worn Blu-ray goggles and can't believe I've spent hours staring at tablet and laptop screens without them! As soon as you apply it, you will feel immediate relief - your eyes will relax. These glasses seem to be well made and I like them. However, having never tried this type of product before, I cannot compare. I'm sure there are better and worse. If you have never tried such glasses, I would recommend them. They arrive carefully packaged and offer you a drawstring pouch in a semi-rigid zipped case.
