Review on JXMOX by David Grajales

JXMOX recently sold me a home music system, and it was a total failure. The merchandise was delivered three weeks late and appeared to have been through a war zone, to start. The wiring was like a bowl of spaghetti when I attempted to set it up. I initially believed I had unintentionally switched on my toddler's toy radio due to the poor sound quality. Their customer service was about as helpful as a turtle attempting to scale a tree when I attempted to return the item. They declined to give me a refund and instead sent me instructions on how to correct the electrical problems. They also offered me a free set of earplugs, as if that would somehow make up for the terrible product they had just sold me. Without a doubt, I won't ever purchase at JXMOX again, and I advise you to do the same.
