Disappointing good for me

I ordered 2. One has already started ripping apart at the threads on both arms, at the front and one at the back, the rubber slide has already started to fall apart. Disappointing because they are nice chairs but don't seem to be constructed very well. Have meant to contact seller but haven't. Probably should just return.
