I find that BlueLine is very thorough in their background checks as well as credit reports/credit score reviews.
They are always available via phone or email if you have any questions at all about your file with them! There isn't much else really - they do what we ask of them (which can sometimes seem like an overwhelming process!) but other than that it's been good so far!! If there was anything i disliked then would say perhaps more customer service options? Perhaps even some online training could help alleviate this issue?? Definitely worth looking into though. We use BLUE LINE services because our insurance carrier requires us too when dealing woth potential clients who may need pre-employment screenings done. This allows my co workers & me time off during business hours while still having access 24hrs per day 7 days a week 365days year round.
