Good Service, Detailed Work: Blueline Services

I find that BlueLine is very thorough in their background checks as well as credit reports/credit score reviews. They are always available via phone or email if you have any questions at all about your file with them! There isn't much else really - they do what we ask of them (which can sometimes seem like an overwhelming process!) but other than that it's been good so far!! If there was anything i disliked then would say perhaps more customer service options? Perhaps even some online training

  • All candidates were reviewed by both myself AND HR Manager..and not only did everyone pass thru those stages , most likely passed through 2nd interviews without ever seeing 1st interview..just due diligence from previous employers etc

Great Product & Easy To Use: Blueline Services

The ease of use is great! You can add your own rules with very little training. It's not always easy to find out what you already have in place but they are quick to respond when I call or email them. They also offer a free trial so that it doesn't feel like you're committing yourself if you don't know exactly how things will work. There isn't anything I dislike about this system as far as functionality goes. We've been able to effectively identify people who aren't doing their job properly…

  • User friendly design/implementation process, even for new employees.
  • Very reasonable pricing structure compared against competitors' prices; cost savings make up initial investment easily within 6 months after implementation start date.

  • Does require additional development costs vs other solutions available which adds time &amp money at some stage

Great Staff and very helpful to customers

We love Blue Line because they are always available if we need help with anything that's required of us as an employee or customer! They also give you options so it won't feel like every time is all about just collecting money when needed most by them which I really appreciate!! Nothing yet but this has been going well since our first call was made in March 2018 until now. Very friendly staff who will do their best no matter what your situation may have turned out too even though there maybe…

Blue line is a great company with great customer service

The best thing about Blue Line is that it gives you peace of mind knowing they are there in case something happens during business hours or after normal working hours as well! I have not had any issues with them but if i do then their customer service team will help me out right away. They also offer 24/7 support which makes things even better because sometimes we need someone who can respond immediately when an incident occurs at night time or early morning since most people sleep by this…
