The ease of use is great! You can add your own rules with very little training. It's not always easy to find out what you already have in place but they are quick to respond when I call or email them. They also offer a free trial so that it doesn't feel like you're committing yourself if you don't know exactly how things will work. There isn't anything I dislike about this system as far as functionality goes. We've been able to effectively identify people who aren't doing their job properly (e.g., stealing) and we can remove those users from our network.
