It's easy to use and customize your own reports for any need you might have! If we wanted additional features/segments it could be difficult to get this added with our account rep so I would highly recommend contacting Salesforce support before buying as they can help guide you through what you want versus what you don't. The customer service from sales force was incredible and got me all my questions answered quickly and efficiently! They were able to give us several examples for how our customers had used their product which helped confirm if there was demand or not within our market.
