Review on Gislaved Nord Frost 200 205/55 R16 94T winter by Agata Korzeb ᠌

Bought in November 2022. Size 195/60 R15. The pattern is very similar to the Conti IceContact. The spike is different, trihedral. I am fond of motorsport, in winter I go to ice races. Naturally, I tested this rubber on ice. Compared to my "ice" Conti IceContact2 keeps worse, of course, but quite tolerably and predictably. But here it must be taken into account that on Kontik I drive only on ice and in no case do I go to the ground or asphalt, and on Gislaved I drove around the city and clean asphalt all November and December. And I do not save rubber. I liked the tires in urban and highway conditions. Holds well, all reactions are predictable. The tread pattern is good, never got stuck anywhere all winter. Prior to this, 4 seasons I went to Bridgestone IceCruiser7000 - Gislaved is definitely better! At Bridgestone I hesitated, bad grip, bad hook, constantly getting stuck in the easiest places. The summary is unequivocal: for this price, the rubber is excellent, so I put 5 for the price / quality ratio. In the overall standings, so to speak, I would put 4, but only in comparison with Hakka or Kontik. By the way, I took rubber at a price of around 3 thousand per wheel, and Kontik IceKontakt 2 cost 5.5 thousand. So, if money is not a problem, take Hakka or Kontik, if the budget is limited, then Gislaved NordFrost200 is almost ideal.
