I have an old Polk Audio subwoofer, the inboard amp died years ago and I put it on a shelf in my basement as it was over US$120 -dollars to replace the amp. I came across the Nobsound NS-03G subwoofer and decided to give it a try. For $25 it was worth it. The amplifier does not come with a power supply, which is not surprising given the price. I found an old IBM laptop power adapter at Goodwill for $2.10 and the problem was solved. I removed the panel amp from the subwoofer, cut out a piece of plywood to fill the hole and added speaker terminals. As a result, the total cost of repairing a working subwoofer was about $30. My only real criticism of the 3.5mm output jack is that it has to be an RCA jack. Excellent value for money and quality.
