Review on Vouris by Michael Ward

I liked the fact that they had such a broad range of knowledge, experience and expertise. The ability to have such a range of resources within one organisation was really beneficial to me. I felt like there wasn't anyone who I could go to if I needed advice or feedback about my personal performance, which could sometimes be difficult when you're in a new role. I think it would have been helpful for them to offer more training and support in this way. They were able to provide an excellent service but the level of support was not always what I would expect. It's also worth keeping an eye out for any hidden costs (eg. annual subscription) because these can add up quickly!
