The packaging was damaged when I first received this product. I noted the damage on the delivery note. When I opened the box, the screen wasn't damaged, just a small dent in the metal case. After installing the screen, I noticed a V-shaped crease on the screen. Hoping this was the result of a dent I contacted Elite Screens and they were very helpful in sending me a replacement. Unfortunately I do not rate the customer service. "Displaying the screen. Replacement screen received, no damage to packaging and screen body, and installed. Exactly the same v-fold. I want to say no. It doesn't help that I'm quite a detail-oriented person. Maybe the drop-down Screen just not for me when everyone has this problem For over $200 I expect more from this screen.
