Review on 🌿 Laguna ClearFlo Pond Filter and Pump with High Performance UV - Complete Kit by Michelle Lynn

The great new filter design had a problem when it was first plugged in, it was leaking into the UV range. After several emails contacted Revain and the seller, the manufacturer replaced the entire filter free of charge and did not have to return the damaged one, excellent, I can use it for parts (canister of sponges for media), the only downside was that the der Whole process took from 3 to 4 weeks while my biggest fisher died all four because my old much smaller filter couldn't keep up with the new big pond I was building. Updated 08/27/2015. A replacement filter came and still exactly the same problem, only the first one that got into the ultraviolet light tube (the glass was cracked) contacted the seller, they said it was ready for production, it took two weeks and nothing, me emailed them they replied saying the manufacturer was trying to call me and left a voicemail and I didn't answer cops *** nobody calls me or texts me they are both full of crap they do not want to own who is responsible for replacing defective parts. I'm getting a buzz from the seller and the manufacturer, meanwhile it's probably a manufacturing defect on the assembly line that these filters are fitted to, maybe they're overtightened or the light tube in the glass tube just doesn't match Hope someone can Revain with this help? Give me my money back so I can go somewhere else and with another filter I'm done with that crap
