Nothing after 5000 km!

Received this product on October 7th and installed it in my 2013 Toyota 4Runner the same day. Disconnected the battery until the next day. For the next two weeks I drove more than 300 miles to work every day, 6 days a week. The interstate was mostly driven at 75 mph. I drove to work for the last month and I knew exactly how many mpg I was getting. That's why I bought the product. At the end of each day I was sitting at an average of 15.5mpg. I use slightly oversized tires and about a 3 inch lift. After a first week of no improvement, I decided to make sure the quick splices actually cut the wire and make the connection. The splices included in the kit appeared to be of very poor quality. I had used this type of connector in the past and was familiar with how it worked. Everything looked fine, so I continued for the next week. At the end of the second week I was still sitting at an average of 15.5mpg. I decided to buy a K&N cold air intake to see if I could see any improvement. After installing the cold air intake and riding it for a few days, I still didn't see any improvement. In the end I decided to remove the product and return it. Immediately after removing the device I noticed a +1 MPG gain! better than 0mpg. our cold air intake was much more expensive. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the construction, packaging and instructions were excellent. It just didn't work and possibly did the opposite of what it was supposed to do. Maybe it's a scam, maybe it's not, maybe I got a defective device, but in any case I'll get my money back.
