It was easy installation and great customer service. I had a problem with the car alarm, it turned out that I had one of the wires disconnected. Using the order number on the box, I was able to submit a support ticket and received a response with details within an hour. Highly recommended. Although no soldering iron is required, I used one to attach the relay (included) to the "brain". Soldering has been done prior to installation, eliminating the need for on-machine soldering. Works perfectly!
