Review on i-Care by Michael Caste

I love how it is so user friendly for such large hospitals or clinics. All our doctors are able to see what their patients have been doing with them within seconds! It's easy enough that even nurses can use it too without any training needed from us IT people - which is great when you're dealing with dozens (or hundreds) of computers at once! The software has become more complex over time. We've had issues where some departments would be down several times throughout one shift due to system overloads/problems during peak hours. But those problems were eventually fixed through updates we got sent out by support staff members who really care about your business as much as they do theirs. For ease of access anywhere via internet connection, this program beats anything else hands down.
